- user data in the registered users database and MAKO CIGRE Member Registrar (name and last name, address data and member status),
- detailed info for the services being paid (date and time of the order, description of the service, quantity, unit price, VAT, approved discount i total amount being paid), and
- transaction information (provided by Casys International - data, time and authorization code for successful transactions or rejection code) and connection details (client’s IP address and browser information).

Electronic voting system
MAKO CIGRE e-vote system is designed to allow electronic voting for issues related to the scope of the General Assembly, the Executive board and its committees, as well as the Study Committees of MAKO CIGRE.
E-voting is regulated by MAKO CIGRE Bylaws, and the details are prescribed in the relevan Rules and Procedures for the General Assembly and the Executive Board.
E-vote system can be used by members of the relevant bodies of MAKO CIGRE.
The usage of the e-vote system (discussion, actual voting, view of the status of e-vote tickets, etc.) is possible only if you are logged-in at the web portal and if you have the relevant privileges (membership in the relevant body).
The e-vote system is designed to display all the information in Macedonian!
